About
In 2008, I got on a plane and landed in South Korea.
During a year abroad, teaching and traveling, I met J who was on his first deployment.
After our first date, standing in the middle of a busy antiques market, he looked down at his hand holding mine and said, “You know we’re in a relationship, right?”
We were married March 19th, 2010.
I’m an army wife to a wonderful man, a proud mama of a three-legged pup, and a career woman trying to make it work.

Hello there!
I’m really really waiting for your next installments. I also can’t seem to get the link to “where you are moving to” to give anything rational; other than a blank page.
For those of us out here who probably won’t make it to far away places in our life, your “take” on life and culture has been really interesting. Not to mention, to romanticist in me has enjoyed your “girl meets boy” story. So please… updates! And… a good link to where you have moved the blog. Thank you!
